Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow strong, long-term relationships with emerging Professional Hosts in your assigned territory.
- Manage and optimize hundreds of Professional Hosts through regular optimization calls and business reviews.
- Educate clients on product updates and relay feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional support —both remotely and in-person as needed.
- Leverage data to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other Market Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts and at industry conferences.
- Contribute to host community programs to drive growth and engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management and partner support.
- Proven success in managing a leads pipeline and a book of business.
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and apply data.
- Adaptability to work at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Fluency in Portuguese and English —Spanish is a plus.
- 2+ years of tech industry experience is a plus.
- 1+ years of travel industry experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory and internationally.
Conditions & Benefits
- Base pay range: R$9.000 — R$11.250 BRL monthly.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
