Animoca Brands Corporation Limited is a Web3 leader that leverages tokenization and blockchain to deliver digital property rights to consumers, helping to establish the open metaverse and its associated network effects. The company operates Web3 businesses to advance blockchain adoption with native projects such as Moca Network, Anichess, The Sandbox, Open Campus, NEOM Web3 initiatives, and a regulated stablecoin project in partnership with Standard Chartered and HKT. Animoca Brands also provides digital asset advisory services including tokenomics advisory, liquidity provisioning, and institutional research, and manages a portfolio of investments in over 540 companies including Pudgy Penguins, Yuga Labs, Axie Infinity, Polygon, Consensys, Magic Eden, OpenSea, Dapper Labs, and YGG.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Marketing Director. You will plan and manage campaign spend and work with the wider marketing team to run campaigns smoothly.

Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Build targeted campaigns that drive awareness, land key product differentiators, and move people to launch their first Mind

  • Refine each campaign for its audience segment, with the right messaging and channel mix

  • Align with product marketing on priorities and launch sequencing

  • Contribute campaign content ideas and brief them in, including thought leadership, digital content and customer success stories

  • Drive partner marketing activations into measurable outcomes, balancing deadlines and stakeholder communication

Execution and Optimization

  • Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns across email, content, events, social, paid media, KOLs and partner marketing

  • Run structured A/B testing on concepts, messaging and assets

  • Iterate continuously against performance data and audience insight

Campaign Performance and Efficiency

  • Track and report campaign impact across the funnel, from awareness through to a launched Mind

  • Own campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, users signed up, Minds spun up, and customer acquisition cost

  • Partner with the data team on measurement, attribution and reporting accuracy

  • Provide regular performance reports and clear, actionable insight to stakeholders

  • Spot trends and opportunities to scale successful campaigns

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with product marketing on positioning, messaging and launches

  • Coordinate with social, design, GTM, various business units and external agencies to produce campaign assets

Requirements

  • Proven track record running end-to-end multi-channel consumer campaigns that drive measurable user growth and launches
  • 5 to 6 years in consumer marketing in a high-growth environment
  • Sharp on process and prioritisation under pressure, able to say no and hold the line
  • Run campaigns with an eye on efficiency and impact, able to show the cost of the launches your work drives
  • Excellent written communication and the maturity to own outcomes across internal teams and external partners
  • Track record of driving collaborative partner marketing activations
  • Able to translate data and product insight into campaigns that perform, working with the data team
  • Genuinely excited about AI products and driven to make Minds a global success
  • Fluency in English is required

Nice to Have

  • Experience building local consumer campaigns in Southeast Asia or Europe to drive awareness and product trial
  • Fluency in an Asian language or a European language

Six-Month Goals

  • Initiate and run orchestrated campaigns and partner activations
  • Drive measurable launches against the weekly active user goal, at a customer acquisition cost you can defend
