About this role
Join Estate Lovers as a Marketing Specialist/Project Manager to attract over 500 targeted real estate inquiries monthly. Manage social media channels and lead a team of creatives.
Description
We help families buy their dream apartments. Operating in Moscow and St. Petersburg, focusing on comfort and business class.
Responsibilities
- Your main goal is to attract 500+ targeted inquiries for real estate purchases monthly.
- Manage channels and purchases in Telegram, MAX, and VK, and launch Instagram.
- Work with a team of 2 copywriters, a designer, ad buyers, and a reels creator.
Requirements
- Experience in attracting inquiries from social media, building funnels, and team management is essential.
- Experience in real estate or other high-ticket niches is a plus.
- Case studies with results are mandatory: we want to see the niche, your role, budget, number, and cost of inquiries you attracted.
Conditions & Benefits
- Full-time, 5/2, remote with office visits once a week.
- Candidates from St. Petersburg and Moscow are welcome.
