Responsibilities
Media Buyer
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns;
- Scale working connections;
- Conduct A/B tests, analytics, and explore new approaches;
- Control budget and track key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI);
- Collaborate with the creative team.
Account Farmer
- Create and warm up FB accounts.
YouTube Content Producer
- Track trends and analyze competitors in the YouTube niche;
- Develop content plans and channel strategies;
- Generate ideas and define video structures;
- Set tasks for actors: delivery, structure, emotions, accents;
- Collaborate with the editor;
- Analyze channel metrics and formulate growth hypotheses;
- Review footage and adjust actor performances.
Actors
- Shoot short videos and reels for Telegram;
- Explain concepts simply and clearly;
- Participate in scenes showcasing the freedom and benefits of earning in the digital space.
Requirements
Media Buyer
- Similar experience with Facebook or Google for at least 1 year in binary options/forex verticals;
- Understanding of investment product specifics and content nuances;
- Experience with various geos, especially Tier1;
- Knowledge of Dolphin, Keitaro, proxies.
Account Farmer
- Experience creating a portfolio of FB accounts;
- Understanding of all nuances of working with AdsPower browser (and proxies), as well as the intricacies of working with purchased FB accounts (main triggers for getting banned) and how to extend their lifespan;
- Knowledge of Meta API (what tokens are, where to get them, and their purpose).
YouTube Content Producer
- Experience in developing YouTube channels (verified portfolio with metrics) in forex/binary options (or related verticals);
- Deep knowledge of YouTube algorithms and optimization tools;
- Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions;
- Awareness and sense of trends in content.
Actors
- Good communication skills and charisma on camera;
- Interest in the topic (not necessarily an expert);
- Proficient in English and able to speak fluently.
