We are looking for a Middle Scriptwriter to work on an ambitious interactive project, creating deep, multi-dimensional characters that players will fall in love with from the first line.
Responsibilities

- Main focus: creating deep, multi-dimensional characters (arcs, motivations, internal conflicts).
- Developing the psychology and speech mannerisms of characters, writing lively and characteristic dialogues.
- Maintaining script documentation: character passports, loglines, synopses, and flowcharts.
- Working with the lore of the universe through the lens of the characters' personal stories.
- Finding and eliminating logical errors in the plot and character behavior.
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong portfolio focused on character development (interactive projects, game development, or film).
- Skill in creating 'non-cardboard' characters with unique speech characteristics.
- Understanding of psychology and the laws of dramaturgy.
- Ability to structurally convey ideas to the team and work according to clear specifications.
- Relevant education (screenwriting, dramaturgy, philology) will be an advantage.

- Remote work format.
- Part-time (about 20 hours per week).
- Salary: from 25,000 to 60,000 rubles per month (depends on your experience).
