Responsibilities
- Support the Country Director in overseeing operational functions within CBSG.
- Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, SLA frameworks, and risk management processes.
- Establish and maintain supervision frameworks across CBSG's trading, staking, and custody operations.
- Build and maintain robust operational resilience frameworks.
- Coordinate operational incident responses.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to project manage critical operations and risk-related initiatives.
- Support first-line-of-defense operations across launch assessments, approvals, staffing, and audit activities.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy.
- 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience within a MAS-regulated capital markets dealer.
- Prior experience serving as senior management or director of a MAS-regulated entity.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and improve operational processes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
