Description
Coinbase is a remote-first, but not remote-only company. Expect to get together quarterly for intense in-person working sessions called “surges.”
Responsibilities
- Reconcile billing and subscription records, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate collections follow-up.
- Manage MSA intake and agreement workflows through Ironclad.
- Coordinate TLS and Vesting Platform onboarding for new customers.
- Prepare token distributions and support grant setup.
- Maintain SOPs, reporting methodology, and operational datasets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in operations, financial operations, contract administration, or customer operations.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows with accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with operational tooling such as Ironclad, Pylon, CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and data hygiene practices.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly.
