Description
We are a payment company specializing in processing payments for the high-risk industry (gambling and betting). We work with a large volume of online transactions in real-time. Due to the growth in volumes, we are expanding our payment monitoring team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and verify a large flow of payments in real-time
- Analyze transactions for suspicious or abnormal activity
- Make independent decisions on standard operations
- Escalate complex and disputed cases to a senior specialist
- Maintain reporting on verified payments and identified incidents
Requirements
- Experience in crypto exchanges, payment processing, or related fields is mandatory
- Attention to detail and ability to make quick decisions in a flow of tasks
- Stress resistance and willingness to work on a shift schedule
- Responsibility and self-discipline in remote work
Conditions & Benefits
- Fully remote work
- Shift schedule 2/2 for 12 hours
- Payment: $60 per shift (day) / $70 per shift (night)
- Payments twice a month — on the 1st and 16th
- Probation period — up to 1 week
- Training and immersion in processes at the start
