About this role
Join SendNOW as an Operations Agent to assist customers with international money transfers. Work remotely in a dynamic fintech startup with a focus on customer support and payment processing.
Description
SendNOW is a Canadian FinTech startup. We break down borders in international money transfers, allowing users to send funds to 194 countries worldwide (including complex regions: Russia, Belarus, Sudan, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Work in corporate CRM system: verify statuses, close requests, add comments to the accounting system.
- Handle incoming inquiries in the support chat.
- Process transfer requests: verify data, execute operations, calculate rates.
- Conduct transactions through external payment channels (Crypto, P2P, payment services).
- Verify clients according to AML/KYC procedures.
- Identify SCAM transactions, analyze suspicious operations and clients.
- Escalate non-standard situations.
- Formulate requests for cash withdrawals.
- Work with financial claims and reviews on monitoring platforms. Improve service ratings.
- Customer service.
- Work with accounting tables.
- Participate in daily meetings, discussions, and team discussions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in currency exchange, international transfers, payment systems.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
- Proficient in Telegram, browsers, Google Sheets; quick adaptation to new tools.
- Confident experience with major exchanges (OKX, Bybit, Binance, MEXC, HTX, etc.).
- Ability to resolve disputes (appeals, disputes, problematic payments) with counterparties and clients.
- Teamwork skills and willingness to help each other.
- Result-oriented: high engagement and desire to improve every day.
- Willingness to work evening and night shifts (5/2 from Saturday to Wednesday, 17:00 to 02:00 MSK).
