Your Impact
- Refining and guiding the development of People programs that are necessary for our success, such as levelling, promotions, performance management/cycles, etc.
- Driving organizational strategies such as workforce planning, organizational design, and change management through a deep understanding of our business, market dynamics, and competitive landscape, to customize organizational structures and talent strategies that align Chainlink’s capabilities with business demands.
- Collaborate with the other People Team members (People Operations & Technology, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards) to influence and uplift the execution of People Team operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a top-tier PBP in a similar PBP model.
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced and demanding technology company.
- Experience supporting engineering and/or Product orgs.
- Deep expertise with, curiosity about, and true vision for AI and how it is changing.
