Looking for a Personal Producer to manage content processes for a blogger, including ideas, scripts, filming, editing, publishing, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage content processes: ideas, scripts, filming, editing, publishing, and analytics.
- Keep the content agenda and help the blogger grow without burnout.
Requirements
- Ability to write scripts or work with scriptwriters: set tasks, analyze structure, edit, and deliver results.
- Understand hooks, retention, dynamics, and endings, not just 'shoot beautifully'.
- See content opportunities around the blogger: during trips, responding to comments, calls, habits — ready-made videos.
- Create 10+ pieces of content from one shoot for different platforms.
- Think strategically: not 'what to post today', but 'how this week brings the blogger closer to goals'.
- Provide alternatives when something is boring.
- Use AI for speed, but maintain the blogger's voice and meaning.
- Not looking for someone who waits for ready scripts or just closes tasks; need a self-sufficient producer who leads content from idea to release.
