- Conduct work reviews and provide feedback
- Design complex user scenarios in Figma
- Develop and implement a unified design system
- Monitor design impact on key metrics
- 5+ years as a product designer, with at least 1 year managing a small team
- Experience with B2C products in gaming or entertainment services
- Proficient in Figma and working with neural networks
- Understanding of product metrics and design impact
- Experience with Scrum processes and providing constructive feedback
- Experience with design systems from scratch or large-scale implementation
- English proficiency for reading documentation
