Cobalt Lab is developing a gaming digital product with its own virtual economy, gaming mechanics, and a large active audience. We are looking for someone who can make product decisions based on data and wants to directly influence product development.
- Launch and develop product mechanics.
- Analyze user scenarios and product funnel.
- Validate hypotheses through analytics and A/B testing.
- Prioritize roadmap and set tasks for the team.
- Analyze results post-launch and further develop the product.
- Experience as a Product Manager.
- Data-driven approach to decision making.
- Understanding of product metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion, etc.).
- Experience with analytics and validating product hypotheses.
- Ability to drive tasks from idea to result.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in gaming / iGaming / high-load products.
- Familiarity with Rust, CS2, or gaming economy.
- Experience with Amplitude, GA, Metabase, SQL, or similar.
- Fully remote work.
