About this role

Cobalt Lab is looking for a Product Manager to develop a gaming digital product with its own virtual economy and mechanics. The role involves data-driven decision making and direct influence on product development.

Description

Cobalt Lab is developing a gaming digital product with its own virtual economy, gaming mechanics, and a large active audience. We are looking for someone who can make product decisions based on data and wants to directly influence product development.

Responsibilities
  • Launch and develop product mechanics.
  • Analyze user scenarios and product funnel.
  • Validate hypotheses through analytics and A/B testing.
  • Prioritize roadmap and set tasks for the team.
  • Analyze results post-launch and further develop the product.
Requirements
  • Experience as a Product Manager.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Understanding of product metrics (Retention, LTV, ARPU, Conversion, etc.).
  • Experience with analytics and validating product hypotheses.
  • Ability to drive tasks from idea to result.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in gaming / iGaming / high-load products.

  • Familiarity with Rust, CS2, or gaming economy.

  • Experience with Amplitude, GA, Metabase, SQL, or similar.
