Cobalt Lab is looking for a Product Manager to develop a Rust gaming platform in the markets of Germany, the UK, the USA, and Brazil. The company seeks a specialist who can make data-driven decisions, grow the product through metrics, and be responsible for business results.
- Search and launch product mechanics for growth in deposits, retention, and revenue;
- Work with bonuses, promotions, game modes, events, and retention mechanics;
- Analyze the product funnel: registration, first deposit, repeat deposits, retention, and LTV;
- Validate hypotheses through analytics and A/B testing;
- Prioritize the roadmap and formulate requirements for the development team;
- Use AI tools in daily work;
- Identify new growth points for the product after each release.
- Experience as a Product Manager;
- Preferably experience in iGaming, Gambling, or Skin Gambling;
- Understanding of product metrics: GGR, NGR, Conversion, Retention, LTV, ARPU, ROI;
- Skills in product analytics and data-driven decision-making;
- Experience in launching features that impact product financial metrics;
- Independence, initiative, and accountability for results.
