Quadcode is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Clients Experience team to lead the Trader loyalty program, focusing on user experience and key performance metrics.

Requirements
- Proven experience in Trading, Brokerage or Financial Markets and deep understanding of unit economics (must-have);
- Data-driven approach — ability to work with metrics and evaluate feature success;
- Skills in task setting for development and design, backlog prioritization, and preparation of A/B tests;
- Ability to analyze user experience and interfaces;
- Understanding of business hypotheses, ability to validate and support them with data;
- Ability to find balance between user value and product economics;
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Russian language;
- English from Upper Intermediate level.
