About the Role
OKX is seeking an experienced VIP Growth & Operations Lead to focus on creating exclusive product experiences and service solutions for high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, market makers, and other VIP customer segments. You will spearhead the overall strategy and product planning for the VIP Growth & Operations line, driving customer lifecycle management, personalized services, and continuous optimization of system functionalities to enhance customer retention and platform AUM (Assets Under Management).
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day VIP Growth & Operations execution for high-net-worth individual clients
- Ensure VIP lifecycle programs are planned, launched, and iterated effectively
- Build and run a VIP lifecycle operations framework: define segments, triggers, and journeys
- Set weekly/monthly operating rhythms
- Ensure consistent execution with Local Markets
- Partner with Local Market teams to co-create market plans
- Align goals and timelines
- Drive follow-through while ensuring global consistency and scalable playbooks
- Plan and execute VIP offsites and online events (e.g., product sharing sessions, community/engagement touchpoints)
- Coordinate end-to-end event management
- Align stakeholders
- Conduct post-event performance reviews
- Develop and scale VIP growth programs and tools (e.g., VIP trial cards and similar programs)
- Improve conversion and deepen engagement
- Increase VIP contribution to trading activity and AUM
- Establish a data-driven growth operating model
- Define clear measurement and experimentation frameworks
- Continuously optimize to improve VIP contribution to revenue and AUM
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Engineering, Operations)
- Deliver workflows, tooling, and process improvements that support VIP operations at scale
- Track performance and continuously optimize
- Define KPIs and monitor results
- Gather market feedback
- Refine programs based on data and learnings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of product management or product strategy experience
- Deep understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry
- Particular knowledge of exchange products such as institutional services, API trading, and VIP incentive programs
- Prior experience in CEXs, brokerages, financial institutions, or high-net-worth client-related products (preferred)
- Strong cross-team communication and coordination skills
- Systematic thinking and sharp user insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Data-driven decision-making ability
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Multi-market collaboration experience (plus)
