About this role
Looking for a strong PMM/Growth specialist to develop the technical direction of EGELAND in mathematics, physics, and computer science. The role involves creating a growth system and analyzing data to drive unique student acquisition.
Description
EGELAND is an online school focused on preparing students for the Unified State Exam (EGE) in Russia, specializing in mathematics, physics, and computer science.
Responsibilities
- Define growth strategy for the technical direction: channels, offers, and growth points.
- Create product USPs and offers for the technical audience.
- Design and launch content-advertising funnels: from lead magnets to sales.
- Set creative briefs and control their implementation based on results.
- Analyze conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, sales, and unique customer share.
- Make data-driven decisions on scaling, changing, or discontinuing strategies.
- Launch special projects and collaborations to increase brand awareness among the technical audience.
- Work cross-functionally with traffic, content, product, and sales teams.
- Rapidly test hypotheses and create reproducible working connections.
Requirements
- Experience in EdTech and understanding of educational product specifics.
- Experience in building and optimizing marketing/content funnels.
- Proven cases of acquiring new or unique clients.
- Experience in developing offers and USPs for specific audiences.
- Strong knowledge of marketing metrics and ability to manage them.
- Understanding of lead generation and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Experience in launching special projects or media activities.
- Data-driven approach: ability to make decisions based on metrics.
- Systematic thinking and ability to independently drive hypotheses to results.
