Astratech is an AI Healthcare startup building AI products in medicine: a B2B platform for monitoring employee health in industries and a B2C personal AI doctor service.
Responsibilities
- Manage a cross-functional team of 10+ people: frontend, backend, ML, QA, design, customer support.
- Participate in go-to-market strategy and product launch.
- Plan team work and assess realistic technical timelines.
- Identify new opportunities for product and business development.
- Build partnerships and external connections.
- Represent the product in meetings and presentations, including on behalf of the founder.
- Interact with foreign partners in the international direction.
- Participate in preparing materials for investors and negotiations with them.
Requirements
- Experience managing a team of 10 or more.
- Practical experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of go-to-market and experience in product launch.
- Technical awareness and ability to adequately assess implementation timelines.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to see scaling opportunities.
- Experience in MedTech is a big plus (B2B and B2C).
- Experience working in an early-stage startup and readiness for high uncertainty and changing priorities.
- Experience interacting with investors and preparing materials for them.
- English language — from Upper-Intermediate.
