Chameleon42 is an independent studio with over 5 years in the market, working with top companies like Saber, Wargaming, Belka Games, and Azur Games. We create art for mobile and PC games.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full production cycle of graphics and gaming projects;
- Manage multiple teams (7–20 people);
- Build processes, monitor the task tracker, communicate with clients;
- Control deadlines, risks, conflicts, support the team, and participate in hiring.
Requirements
- 1+ year of PM experience in game development;
- Proficient in task trackers (Asana, Jira, etc.);
- Experience working with distributed teams;
- Good communication skills, stress resilience, English B1–B2.
