A property management company in Limassol is seeking a Property Manager for a full-time role, responsible for tenant communication, rent collection, maintenance issues, and more.
Responsibilities
- Managing day to day communication with tenants
- Rent collection and payment follow up
- Handling maintenance issues, utilities and repairs
- Coordinating contractors, suppliers and local authorities
- Preparing properties between tenancies
- Supporting new tenant onboarding and move ins
- Handling day to day property related matters
Requirements
- English required
- Greek / Russian an advantage
- Previous experience in property management an advantage
- Good computer and digital skills
- Responsible, well organised and able to manage tasks and priorities independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Practical approach and ability to solve problems efficiently
