Description
FinteqHub is a payment gateway (PCI DSS) seeking a QA Tech Lead with expertise in API automation and experience in developing QA practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits of current Java API tests and migrate to Go/Gonkey;
- Develop test strategy and testing pyramid;
- Build and synchronize common QA practices across multiple teams;
- Manage regression testing, address flaky tests and cross-team defects;
- Implement AI tools in testing automation processes.
Requirements
- Experience in test automation at Senior/Lead level (strong focus on API);
- Experience in independently building test strategy and testing pyramid from scratch;
- Practical experience in implementing and developing QA/automation practices simultaneously in multiple teams;
- Proficient in stack: Java, REST API, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, CI/CD;
- English language — from Intermediate, Russian — Native.
