Responsibilities

- Evaluate the labor intensity of testing tasks based on functional requirements
- Develop a test model (write test cases)
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing
- Prioritize testing work
- Register and work with defects
- Interact with development and automation testing teams
- Define criteria for test automation
- Organize and support user testing
- Define and collect metrics
- Train new employees

- Experience with ABS
- Knowledge of main types of testing
- Familiarity with basic test design practices
- Proficiency in defect management tools
- Experience with testing management tools
- Ability to analyze documentation
- Skill in identifying implicit requirements
- Knowledge of test stand isolation levels
- Experience in setting up test stands
- Ability to define and collect quality metrics
- Experience in training/mentoring employees
