What You Will Do
- Support Finance teams in using tools and advise on best practices to promote harmonized processes within the Group.
- Analyze business needs, challenge requests, and formulate recommendations for relevant functional developments.
- Manage and support Finance transformation projects such as integrating new entities, automating processes, or evolving the Oracle Cloud environment.
- Ensure data flow quality, reference coherence, and proper functioning of Finance solutions in collaboration with IT and external partners.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and actively monitor to identify opportunities for evolution and innovation.
What Is Required
- Degree in management, finance, or information systems with at least 7 years of experience in consulting or transformation support within financial organizations.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud and experience in ERP deployment, transformation, or application maintenance projects.
- Understanding of key financial and accounting processes and ability to communicate with various stakeholders, from general accounting to management control.
- Analytical and pragmatic, able to identify root causes of issues and propose solutions aligned with business challenges.
- Recognized for the ability to challenge, persuade, and unite stakeholders.
- Professional proficiency in English is essential.
