What You Will Do
- Drive and optimize the sponsorship, partnership, and ambassador strategy, contributing to the hospitality program to enhance brand awareness and preference.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic partners and develop new partnership opportunities from identification to negotiation and contracting, focusing on sports and poker verticals.
- Manage a portfolio of ambassadors and develop relationships with them. Identify and activate relevant content creators to amplify the visibility of our campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Build and manage activation highlights around our strategic partnerships, orchestrating their deployment across all marketing channels to maximize business impact and visibility.
- Optimize counterparty benefits, promote partnerships internally, and maximize synergies with Brand, Content, Marketing, and CRM.
- Monitor performance (ROI, KPIs), structure regular reporting, share insights with management, and oversee the hospitality program for the entire brand.
What Is Required
- At least 5 years of experience in sponsorship, influence, partnerships, or brand activation, ideally gained in an agency or client-side.
- Strong affinity with the worlds of sports and influence, along with a good understanding of their actors, codes, and activation mechanisms.
- Real creativity and the ability to imagine, build, deploy, and manage an activation mechanism from initial recommendation to performance assessment.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate partners, agencies, influencers, and internal teams involved.
- Clear communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain demanding partner relationships on a daily basis.
- High level of rigor, strong writing skills, and real ease in reading, analyzing, and managing complex contracts.
- Good level of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with international contacts.
- Your plus: an interest in NBA and Poker ecosystems, which will be at the heart of several upcoming activations and events.
