Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the Purchasing strategy for Print and Logistics.
- Manage a strategic portfolio and ensure its economic, operational, and contractual performance.
- Conduct consultations and complex negotiations, considering market changes and inflation.
- Secure supplies and logistics flows essential for business continuity.
- Manage strategic suppliers and develop sustainable partnerships.
- Support warehouse-related projects from need expression to execution follow-up.
- Contribute to the RSE trajectory and decarbonization efforts.
- Ensure compliance with internal, regulatory, ethical, and responsible purchasing practices.
- Analyze supplier markets and identify trends and innovations.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders around category strategies and sourcing decisions.
- Provide regular reporting on savings, risks, supplier performance, projects, and RSE commitments.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (Bac+5), ideally in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing in complex environments.
- Expertise in Print and/or Logistics categories and understanding of supplier markets.
- Proven experience in managing critical suppliers and conducting complex negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, contracting, financial analysis, risk management, and supplier performance management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, especially CAPEX projects.
- Strong sensitivity to responsible purchasing and decarbonization issues.
- Transversal leadership, clear communication, and strong influencing skills.
- Rigor, autonomy, excellent analytical skills, and results orientation.
- Professional level of English for communication with international suppliers.
Conditions
- Fixed salary based on experience over 13 months, variable pay, participation and profit-sharing bonuses (approximately 18%).
