What You Will Do
- Analyze issues, challenge requests when necessary, and prioritize actions to avoid dispersion and enhance message impact.
- Design and manage impactful internal communication initiatives, defining editorial angles, formats, and the most suitable dissemination channels.
- Support French entities in promoting their initiatives at the Group level with simple, clear, and actionable messages.
- Coordinate projects end-to-end, engaging stakeholders, meeting deadlines, ensuring quality deliverables, and monitoring budgets.
- Measure the performance of initiatives, integrate field feedback, and propose concrete improvements for continuous enhancement of internal communication.
What Is Required
- At least 5 years of experience in internal communication, in a company and/or agency, ideally in demanding and transformative international environments.
- Autonomous and structured, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously while maintaining a sense of priorities.
- Editorial and synthetic, with excellent writing skills to make complex topics understandable and engaging.
- Comfortable with digital and creative tools, particularly M365, PlayPlay, and the Adobe Suite, and able to thrive in multicultural environments.
- Your plus: professional English to meet the expectations of an international group.
