What You Will Do
- Identify user needs, pain points, and usage patterns, analyze product performance, and detect improvement opportunities (benchmarking, competition, internal exchanges).
- Build, prioritize, and maintain the backlog of evolutions and projects, ensuring clear communication with management.
- Lead the framing of needs by organizing and facilitating workshops with technical teams, business units, and experts, then write the necessary documentation.
- Contribute to technical impact analyses and demonstrations by developers, providing user vision to ensure functional coherence.
- Monitor key product indicators, qualify anomalies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead product steering instances, communicate progress, alert on risks, and orchestrate associated decisions.
What You Need to Perform in This Role
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (Product Manager or confirmed PO).
- Mastery of agile methods and functional framing.
- Ability to structure, prioritize, analyze a market, and manage complex projects.
- An open, analytical posture capable of interacting with multiple stakeholders (tech, sales, management).
- Ambition, curiosity, rigor — and the ability to stay calm in the face of challenges and decisions.
- Your plus: experience in the CHR/BTP competition, in iOS ecosystems, or on products requiring strong market framing.
