Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex retention;
- Strong communication and client management skills;
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients;
- Result-oriented mindset;
- Fluent language skills according to the selected desk.
Conditions & Benefits
- Base salary: €2,500 gross/month
- Once reaching $100,000 in turnover, the base salary increases to €3,000.
- Bonus structure (percentage of turnover):
- Payments:
- Relocation package may be offered for strong candidates;
- Preference is given to EU citizens, candidates already based in Cyprus, and local residents.
