Responsibilities
- Working closely with departments such as Casino, AML, Finance, and Tech to understand automation needs
- Designing, building, and deploying RPA and Python-based automation solutions that reduce manual effort and operational risk
- Maintaining clear technical documentation and handover materials for every solution delivered
- Adapting quickly to shifting priorities across multiple concurrent projects
- Owning end-to-end delivery of RPA solutions, from design through to production deployment
- Presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in plain, accessible language
- Monitoring and troubleshooting live RPA bots to ensure stable, ongoing operation
- Keeping up to date with developments in automation and AI tooling, and applying them where useful
- Any other task or responsibility that may be related and/or connected to the role of RPA Engineer
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ hands-on experience building RPA solutions with UiPath
- Proven ability to design automation pipelines connecting multiple systems — extracting, processing, and integrating data with existing codebases (Python, Java, PHP)
- Experience deploying and supporting UiPath solutions in a live production environment
- Strong working knowledge of APIs
- Solid QA testing background, automated or manual
- At least 2 years’ experience with Python automation, including APIs and Selenium
- Comfortable analysing data with Python (e.g. pandas) — desirable but not essential
- Practical experience using AI APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
- Ability to maintain and update RPA scripts on an ongoing basis
- Experience integrating RPA workflows with Python via APIs
- Working knowledge of C#, Java, or PHP for troubleshooting and bug fixes — nice to have
- Strong problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Comfortable working in agile environments, managing multiple concurrent projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
