Operational Leadership

• Lead and continuously improve Product Operations to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and commercial objectives are achieved.
• Oversee operational performance across Casino Operations, Partnerships, Bingo Operations, and related product support functions through clear KPI ownership and operational accountability structures.
• Establish clear ownership structures, accountability, and operational standards across all reporting lines.
• Ensure operational continuity through effective planning, capacity planning, resource allocation, and team development.
• Translate business strategy and commercial priorities into operational plans to ensure Product Operations remain scalable and execution-focused as the business grows.

Product Operations, Automation & Process Improvement

• Oversee end-to-end game lifecycle management across all brands, including provider onboarding, certification tracking, game release planning, promotional operations, and product lifecycle activities.
• Ensure operational readiness and speed-to-market for new games, campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Drive automation, reporting development, process optimisation, and operational scalability initiatives across Product Operations, with focus on reducing manual overhead and improving operational efficiency.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement structured and measurable improvements to workflows, controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between Product Operations, Compliance, CRM, Customer Operations, and Commercial functions, maintaining operational momentum across product-related initiatives and dependencies.

Leadership & Governance

• Lead, coach, and develop managers, coordinators, and operational teams within Product Operations.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, performance-driven, and operationally disciplined culture across the department.
• Ensure product operations remain aligned with regulatory requirements, certification standards, and internal operational policies.
• Support implementation and maintenance of operational controls, procedures, documentation, and audit-ready operational standards.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal and operational stakeholders to support implementation of regulatory and certification-related changes where required.

• Lead or participate in operational and cross-functional projects as required.
• Perform any other task or responsibility related or connected to the role.

Who and what we are after?

• 5-8 years of relevant experience within the iGaming industry, with a focus on casino operations, product operations, or similar operational functions.
• Strong understanding of casino game releases, certifications, provider workflows, QA processes, and operational controls.
• Commercially aware with strong understanding of player behaviour and product performance.
• Experience driving operational improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable process development.
• Strong analytical, organisational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced operational environment.
• Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and operational awareness.
