We are a team with over 7 years of experience in developing economic models for startups and Web3 projects worldwide. We create tokenomics that help attract investments, maintain token value, and build sustainable economies.
- Deploy self-hosted AI systems and AI agents
- Build pipelines:
- Automate generation and validation of insights
- Validate AI results and adjust models
- Develop and scale the system
- Communicate with clients (in English): present results, defend conclusions, participate in preSale
- Practical experience in tokenomics development with proven results (cases, models, portfolio, participation in launches)
- Experience: 3+ years in analytics/finance
- Practical experience in building AI workflows/AI automation
- Experience with AI agents, orchestration, or research automation
- Understanding of: token utility, incentive design, supply/demand dynamics, typical tokenomics issues (inflation, price pressure, etc.)
- English B2+ (mandatory)
— Immersion in real tokenomics (not theory) and the opportunity to influence product economies
— Work with international crypto projects
— Work format: Moscow, hybrid
— Employment: IP/SMZ/Russian Labor Code
— Salary level negotiable, depends on your experience
