About Us

We are a digital asset consulting company established in 2017, with offices in Dubai and Berlin. We specialize in tokenomics, RWA tokenization, and digital financial structures. Our partners include BingX, MEXC, CertiK, and Fibonacci.

We are growing, researching the market, and implementing new directions. Our audit methodology has already been transitioned to AI agents. We are now transitioning tokenomics and research to the same framework. We need an analyst to lead projects in English, working alongside our expert and product lead, and to take ownership of the AI framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects (subject area) in tokenomics, audits, and digital assets (RWA, tokenization) in English, working with an expert and the team
• Communicate with clients and funds in meetings: discuss solutions, answer questions, participate in pre-sales
• Configure and manage AI agents for our processes: audits, tokenomics, research, etc.
• Collect and validate research: know where to find data, how to verify figures and sources, provide expert conclusions
• Prepare analytical materials in Russian and English

Requirements

• English C1 / confident B2+, both verbal and written – able to lead meetings and defend conclusions, not just correspond
• Experience in business analysis and financial modeling
• Experience in Web3 and tokenomics (token utility, vesting, emission, typical model errors) – the more practical experience with tokenomics and audits, the better; expert level is not required, you will work with our expert
• Experience working with neural networks as a tool: prompts, agents, checking output for errors
• 3+ years in analytics, finance, consulting, VC, or fintech
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets, Python is a plus

Important

We are not looking for a tokenomics theorist or someone who can just prompt. We need someone who understands finance and Web3, can verify AI rather than just trust it, and can conduct all of this in English.
