Looking for a Packaging and Print Designer to develop brand guidelines, packaging materials, and promotional graphics. Salary range: 130,000 - 170,000 RUB.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Develop and update brand guidelines and logo books for STMs TRUCKMASTER / TM.
- Select materials for packaging: types of cardboard, coatings, and varnishes, strength requirements.
- Analyze competitor designs and prepare 2-3 design options for each new product group.
- Collaborate with the STM development department and adapt technical specifications for layouts and die-cut stamps from suppliers.
- Create technical order cards with printing houses and suppliers: control margins, stamps, and glue application areas.
- Approve designs internally and with suppliers, check pre-production samples, and control color and material compliance.
- Develop pallet boxes considering logistics loads.
- Create templates for stickers and labels for product groups, considering printing and material requirements.
- Generate unique sticker layouts for each item based on barcodes, articles, and product composition.
- Develop corporate presentations, flyers, business cards, dealer certificates, instructions, warranty cards, and reminders.
- Create advertising materials, POS materials, merchandise, branded tape, and design exhibition areas and stands.
- Process product photos, create cards for Wildberries, Ozon, and Yandex Market, collages, and infographics.
- Develop advertising banners, website graphics, storefront designs, promo pages, email newsletters, and social media content.
- Prepare product catalogs for printing and create layouts for promotions, news, and website banners.
- Mass-create images for marketplaces and stickers with barcodes using scripts, for example, in Python.
Requirements
Requirements
- Portfolio with examples of completed projects, including packaging and print works.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, confident in curves and color correction.
- Understanding of pre-press preparation: color separation, trapping, striping, and working with die-cut stamps.
- Knowledge of types of cardboard, films, varnishes, and printing house requirements for layouts.
- Confident PC skills, ability to work with large file volumes, corporate cloud storage, and article databases.
- Skills in Excel or Google Sheets for filling out technical cards.
- Ability to automate mass creation of images and stickers using scripts.
