Grayscale is seeking a Senior Associate for Product Operations to manage the operations behind their expanding index-based product suite. This hybrid role requires strong project management skills and a background in product operations within the financial services or asset management sectors.

- Product Filings & Episodic Change Management
- Product Launch & Lifecycle Operations
- Cross-Functional Process Ownership
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
- 4-7 years of experience in product operations, product development, fund operations, or a closely related function within asset management, ETFs, index products, or financial services.
- Working knowledge of prospectus filings, index/benchmark administration, fund board processes, and the regulatory environment governing registered products; familiarity with digital asset products a strong plus.
- Experience with '33 Act, '40 Act, and/or private placement product structures a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills, with the intuition to anticipate what's coming next in a product's cadence.
- High attention to detail and comfort owning recurring operational deliverables with accuracy and consistency.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and drive alignment across Product Management, Legal & Compliance, Capital Markets, and Marketing.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external parties.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving industry, with genuine interest in and enthusiasm for the digital asset space.
Conditions:
- The salary range for this position is $140,000-$190,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
