Senior Fullstack Developer (Python + React, Nodejs)

Responsibilities

• Backend development: Build and enhance the server side of our tipping service using Python and modern frameworks (Django/FastAPI).
• Frontend development: Create user and admin interfaces in React, making them fast and user-friendly.
• Critical integrations: Set up and maintain integration with banks and acquiring systems, ensuring high reliability.
• Data handling: Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, write complex queries.
• Quality and reliability: Ensure correct processing of financial transactions, write automated tests for critical scenarios, participate in code reviews and incident analysis.
• Architecture and processes: Participate in product architecture design and improve development processes, reducing technical debt.
• Support existing services in PHP and Node.js (potential transition to active development).

Requirements

• Commercial experience in Python development for at least 5 years.
• Backend: Proficient in Django or FastAPI, understanding REST API principles and integration design.
• Frontend: Practical experience with React, Vue.js, or another modern JavaScript framework, willing to develop in React.
• Databases: Strong SQL knowledge and practical experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization).
• Write automated tests and understand the critical importance of testing financially significant operations (e.g., transactions, idempotency).
• Proficient with Git and experience with CI/CD at the developer level.
• Soft skills: Independent, responsible, detail-oriented, able to think systematically and work in a team. Open to feedback and able to communicate risks timely.
• A plus:

- Knowledge of PHP (support for current services). - Knowledge of Node.js (support + potential transition to active development). - Experience with acquiring (especially in the tipping sector is a big plus). - Understanding of payment processing. - Knowledge of frontend build tools. - Experience with asynchronous tasks and message queues.

Conditions

• Salary: from 250,000 ₽ per month, before tax deductions.
