Looking for a Senior/Middle+ Backend Developer (Python) to design and develop high-load microservices systems remotely. Join our fintech team with a focus on architecture and best practices.
We are a fintech company focused on developing high-load microservices systems.
- Design and develop high-load microservices systems from scratch (architecture, stack selection, decomposition).
- Enhance existing functionality: refactoring, optimization of bottlenecks, data migration.
- Integration and contractual interaction: develop and document APIs (REST/AsyncAPI/gRPC), ensure seamless interaction between dozens of services.
- Code Review and mentoring: improve code quality in the team, implement best practices.
- Work with infrastructure: participate in CI/CD setup, optimize Docker images, interact with orchestration (Kubernetes/Swarm).
- 4+ years of commercial development experience in Python (ideally 5+ years), participation in the full lifecycle of large projects.
- Deep understanding of asynchronicity: event loop, concurrency, parallelism, GIL specifics.
- Proficient knowledge of FastAPI, asynchronous SQLAlchemy, Pydantic.
- Expert level with DBMS: writing and optimizing complex queries (EXPLAIN, indexes, partitioning), designing data schemas considering loads.
- Experience building Event-Driven Architecture on RabbitMQ or Kafka, understanding delivery guarantees (at-least-once, exactly-once), working with DLQ.
- Infrastructure knowledge: confident working with Linux (bash, networking, processes), experience with containerization (Docker).
- Architectural thinking: understanding of SOLID, microservices architecture patterns (API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, Saga), ability to justify technology choices.
- Contract employment (GPH or IP) with tax compensation.
- Paid vacations and sick leaves.
- Horizontal management culture and absence of micromanagement.
- A small unpaid test task is included in the selection process.
