We are looking for a Senior Product Designer for an international AI-first SaaS product. This role is for a designer who wants to influence not only interfaces but the product as a whole.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Design key user scenarios and AI functionality;
- Work on retention: find ways to bring users back to the product and improve repeat experience;
- Design a user profile system for auto-filling documents;
- Improve mobile user experience;
- Conduct research, analyze product metrics, and test hypotheses post-release;
- Collaborate with PM and engineers on product development.
Requirements
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Designer in SaaS;
- Experience with retention (product reuse, user return, engagement);
- Experience designing AI or LLM functionality;
- Strong UX and attention to interface details;
- Experience with product metrics, research, and A/B testing;
- Independence, ownership, and a desire to influence the product.

- Fully remote work (outside of RF/RB);
- Income $6000–8000 gross;
- International contract via Deel;
