- Maintain the teams automation test frameworks and cases.
- Automate everything, manual testing is a last resort.
- Drive the team's participation in release trains to ensure the newest and best gets to customers.
- High quality tests and frameworks mean high quality code.
- Contributes to best practice, pro-actively looks to improve status quo.
- Focused and engaged in team commitments, takes ownership to help the team reach their goals.
- Constructively critique solutions and code of peers.
- Confidently makes decisions affecting the team.
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Automation testing.
- Playwright, Java or JavaScript.
- Appium or other native testing frameworks.
- You write code, and you're comfortable writing code.
