The salary range for this position is between $68,000 and $112,000, reflecting the competitive nature of the fintech industry.

What You’ll Do

• Hit the Ground Running: Dive straight into high-impact projects, moving at the speed of the crypto and fintech markets, such as:
• Pricing Analysis & Recommendations: Going beyond basic competitor benchmarking to design strategic fee structures and monetization models for new or existing products;
• CLV Optimization: Ideate high-impact campaigns designed to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), delivering actionable proposals that optimize user acquisition, deepen engagement, and drive long-term retention;
• Strategic Investment or Partnership Evaluation: Critically evaluate potential investment or partnership targets across the broader fintech landscape, and deliver a clear, original Point of View (POV) to guide strategic decisions.
• Think Clearly & Critically: Develop innovative strategic initiatives while critically evaluating existing strategies to pressure-test assumptions and uncover blind spots.
• Focus on What Matters: Apply the 80/20 rule to complex business problems. Cut through the noise, get straight to the crux of the issue, and simplify solutions in an elegant, actionable way.
• Drive Fast Results: Translate strategic thinking into immediate business actions, leveraging clear and concise communication to align stakeholders and drive execution.

What We Look For

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of full-time work experience
• Background: Relevant experience in fintech and/or strategy. Experience in top-tier strategy consulting is highly preferred.
• Track Record of Excellence: Candidates with above-average ratings in past performance reviews will be strongly prioritized.
• Original Critical Thinkers: You possess a high degree of original thought, business acumen, and the ability to synthesize complex information better and faster than AI.
• Curiosity Over Prior Knowledge: No prior knowledge of crypto, tokenized assets, or predictions is required (though it is a plus!). We hire for curiosity, foundational intelligence, and a genuine interest in the space first.
