### Key responsibilities include: - Managing global tax compliance cycles and ensuring timely filings across jurisdictions. - Assisting in the Preparation of tax provisions, reconciliations, and documentation to support audit readiness. - Supporting the execution of global tax planning initiatives. - Driving efficiency in tax processes, including automation initiatives and cost reduction in tax compliance. - Support all Transfer Pricing-related activities. - Collaborating closely with local advisors. - Support all tax ad-hoc requests as needed.

### Key skills include: - The individual must be a self-starter, a fast learner and take full ownership of the assigned tasks and responsibility. - Strong organisational skills to manage deadlines and multiple projects and responsibilities in a timely and effectively. - Willing to grow in a startup environment, open-minded, adaptable, and hard-working. - The candidate is expected to have a strong US Federal and state tax knowledge and have experience assisting with international tax and foreign local tax. - Have strong communication skills to effectively facilitate information flow among various cross-functional teams. - Effective time management and prioritisation skills in managing multiple projects are essential to the success of this role. - 5+ years of US and international tax experience with top-tier accounting/consulting firms or Blockchain/crypto companies. - Ability to perform tax research and form opinions on US and international tax matters.

### Preferred Requirements: - Masters in Taxation, LLM, CPA. - Extensive experience in a Web3 Blockchain technology company advising on US and international tax for products and transactions. - Experience with foreign local tax. - Curiosity and adaptability to learn new tax frameworks and emerging regulatory areas (crypto, digital assets, Web3). - Strong problem-solving mindset and openness to working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
