About this role
Cobalt Lab is looking for an SMM specialist to manage social media for their Rust gaming platform. Join a dynamic team and engage with the gaming community!
Description
We are Cobalt Lab. We create a Rust gaming platform with real-time mechanics, our own currency, game modes, dynamic visuals, and a large active community.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels: Telegram, Instagram, and if necessary VK, X, Discord, TikTok;
- Create and produce content: texts, memes, screenshots, videos, voice messages, short formats;
- Keep up with trends in Rust, CS2, Dota 2, and the gaming community;
- Maintain a lively, native tone of voice with humor, from the community's perspective;
- Increase reach, engagement, and user returns to the site;
- Cover events, updates, drops, and platform activities;
- Work directly with the CMO and influence how the brand appears to players.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Rust, memes, and gaming culture;
- Understanding of what resonates with the community and what seems cringy;
- Ability to quickly generate ideas and turn them into content;
- Willingness to experiment with formats;
- Focus on results rather than just posting for the sake of posting.
