Description
We are 'Step and Wind'. Since 2017, we produce 'new school' honey: beautiful, aromatic honey-fruit wines and tea. Our production is located in Orenburg, at the border of Europe and Asia. Our products are already represented in 67 cities in Russia and several countries abroad, including China, Kazakhstan, Serbia, Armenia, and Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement SMM strategy for all our platforms;
- Create content that reflects our spirit: warm, lively, a bit daring, and very craft;
- Manage the community: respond, engage, work with feedback and ambassadors;
- Conduct collaborations and cover events;
- Gather analytics and continuously improve results.
Requirements
- Experience in SMM/PR for at least 3 years and a portfolio with real cases (numbers, reach, results — all of this is important);
- Awareness and sense of trends. You know what's happening in social media and can use it;
- Ability to write lively texts and edit short videos at a basic/intermediate level;
- Strategic thinking and willingness to take responsibility for results;
- Sense of style and taste.
