About this role
Looking for a Head of SMM to drive targeted organic traffic for a Russian wellness platform with a focus on measurable content performance and conversion.
Description
We are a Russian wellness platform with an audience of 13 million people on social media and over 70 courses.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the growth of targeted organic traffic and its contribution to the funnel;
- Manage SMM and video production;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of platforms and formats through data, reallocating resources to what yields results;
- Build audience flows between platforms, purchases, and automated funnels;
- Develop video content and implement AI in the team's daily work.
Requirements
- Experience in online schools, infobusiness, or B2C subscription where SMM worked for traffic and sales;
- Current experience with VK, Telegram, and at least one video platform;
- Experience managing your own team;
- Results in numbers: traffic, leads, conversion, sales;
- Ability to not only launch and scale but also close ineffective formats and platforms;
- Primarily looking for someone who has grown from SMM and content but learned to think like a marketer through numbers, traffic, and funnels.
