About this role
DIDENOK TEAM is looking for an SMM Manager to join their communication agency specializing in celebrity marketing and management.
Description
DIDENOK TEAM is a communication agency with key expertise in celebrity marketing and management, ranked #1 in the Adindex in the influence marketing category.
Responsibilities
- Search for ideas and analyze competitors;
- Work with the design team and production team;
- Create creatives;
- Write texts / copywriting;
- Lead the creative process: organize and conduct photo and video shoots;
- Independently conduct vertical content shoots, stories, and editing;
- Develop strategy and TOV for creative content presentation for our social media;
- Manage corporate social media and commercial projects;
- Develop sections, create content plans, and write texts;
- Generate new ideas, formats, and sections for publications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of basic quantitative and qualitative metrics in SMM;
- Understanding of modern mechanics and trends in SMM;
- Willingness to work in a multitasking environment;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to set tasks for the team (for creating more complex content);
- Experience on the agency side will be an advantage;
- Familiarity with and experience using AI in tasks/projects is a plus.
