Join WINWIN / Gold Pari as an SMM Manager B2C to enhance brand social media presence, grow audience, and drive traffic through organic and paid strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage brand social media channels
- Participate in forming and implementing SMM strategy
- Create and execute content plans
- Work with KPIs, analytics, and content optimization
- Develop Reels / TikTok and other short-form formats
- Generate new topics, formats, and creative mechanics
- Write texts and ensure content quality
- Assign tasks to designers, motion designers, and other contractors
- Launch and optimize advertising campaigns considering GEO specifics
- Collaborate with influencers and initiate collaborations/promotions
- Analyze competitors and implement relevant solutions
- Interact with marketing and related teams
Requirements
- Experience in SMM in iGaming / affiliate / crypto / fintech
- Good understanding of sports and betting — football, martial arts, etc.
- Experience with casinos is a plus
- Experience in developing SMM strategies
- Confident in analytics, content plans, and reporting
- Experience with TikTok / Reels
- Proven cases of audience growth, brand awareness, and business metrics
- Understanding the impact of SMM on business results
- Experience with different GEOs and understanding of target audience specifics
- Strong copywriting and good visual perception
- Analytical approach + creativity
- English B1+
