About this role
Join Chainlink Labs as a Software Engineer in Data Growth to enhance web3 customer experiences through automation and intelligent workflows. Work remotely in LATAM and contribute to the evolution of decentralized finance.
Description
Chainlink is the industry-standard oracle platform bringing the capital markets onchain and powering the majority of decentralized finance (DeFi). The Chainlink stack provides the essential data, interoperability, compliance, and privacy standards needed to power advanced blockchain use cases for institutional tokenized assets, lending, payments, stablecoins, and more. Since inventing decentralized oracle networks, Chainlink has enabled tens of trillions in transaction value and now secures the vast majority of DeFi. Many of the world’s largest financial services institutions have also adopted Chainlink’s standards and infrastructure, including Swift, Euroclear, Mastercard, Fidelity International, UBS, S&P Dow Jones Indices, FTSE Russell, WisdomTree, ANZ, and top protocols such as Aave, Lido, GMX and many others. Responsibilities
- Design and build automation capabilities that reduce manual effort across customer onboarding and operational workflows.
- Develop self-service experiences that enable customers to onboard, configure, and access products with minimal human intervention.
- Improve customer growth outcomes by reducing onboarding cycle times and increasing process scalability.
- Re-architect systems and workflows to support efficient provisioning, data sourcing, and customer enablement.
- Apply AI technologies and modern engineering practices to identify opportunities for process transformation and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate across technical and business teams to solve complex problems and create sustainable, scalable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, eliminating friction, and improving end-to-end customer experiences.
Requirements
- Experience building software products or platforms using TypeScript.
- Experience leveraging AI technologies, tools, or frameworks to improve products, workflows, or operational processes.
- Exposure to Web3 technologies, ecosystems, or decentralized applications, or experience in electronic trading environments.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities with the ability to understand complex interconnected processes and architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, analyze, and solve complex technical and operational problems.
- Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
