Selecty is looking for a System Analyst with AI expertise. The role involves leading product tasks, gathering requirements, and designing service architectures. Remote position with a salary range of 350,000 to 400,000 ₽.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Independently lead product tasks as a system analyst
- Gather and clarify requirements with the client, analyze BRD
- Design target architecture of services and integrations
- Participate in designing solutions using AI agents
- Describe interaction of AI components and integration with external systems
- Prepare technical assignments and detailed specifications for development
- Model processes in BPMN and UML (activity, sequence)
- Participate in architectural solutions development and integration testing
- Interact with business, developers, and other project participants
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a system analyst for at least 3 years
- Experience in product development and independently managing tasks
- Practical experience with AI agents, LLM, and RAG
- Understanding of MCP and LangFuse
- Confident knowledge of BPMN, UML activity/sequence
- Experience designing REST integrations, understanding SOAP, XSD
- Understanding synchronous and asynchronous interactions
- Proficient in SQL — writing complex queries
- Understanding ER models and database design principles
- Understanding basics of information security: identification, authentication, authorization, encryption, and hashing
- PlantUML, ArchiMate
- Experience with Kafka, gRPC
- Experience in fintech
- Practical use of AI tools in daily work
