- Active participation in development: microservices in Python
- Involvement in the development of technical requirements, architecture, and solutions
- Management of the team's backlog, prioritization, and task control
- People management: participation in hiring, development, etc.
Requirements
Requirements
- Experience as a team lead/conducting code reviews for at least 1 year
- Experience with AI models and their implementation
- 3 years of commercial backend development in Python
- Understanding of IT system integration methods (buses, queues, APIs)
- Practical experience with Kubernetes, Redis, OpenSearch
- Experience with relational databases, strong SQL knowledge
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- Understanding of microservices architecture
- Knowledge in Big Data (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus
- Knowledge of process schedulers (AirFlow)
- Experience in the banking sector
- Understanding of agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of main development management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Knowledge and experience in machine learning
- Experience in managing IT projects, including the development and implementation of ML models in production
- Experience in developing ML models as a data scientist, data engineer, or ML Ops.
