- Knowledge of UML and BPMN
- Knowledge of integrations (REST API, SOAP)
- Ability to create functional requirements and technical specifications
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and various ways to describe requirements
- Understanding of the process and methods of gathering, analyzing, and describing requirements
