Description
We are looking for a skilled Systems Analyst to join our integration team. As a Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, structuring complex integration processes, and producing clear, comprehensive documentation to support delivery teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems / Business Analyst.
- Confident conversational level of English (B2 or higher).
- Strong analytical and written communication skills.
- Experience with integration protocols and interfaces, including REST, and file-based methods.
- Strong understanding of synchronous and asynchronous integration modes.
- Ability to read and interpret third-party/vendor API documentation (REST, OAuth-based authentication, JSON payloads).
- Understanding of API request/response structures, status codes, and error-handling patterns.
- Experience creating or maintaining structured technical documentation templates.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Attention to detail and ability to structure complex technical information into a clear, standardized format.
- Experience in system integration projects, particularly in a multi-vendor delivery environment.
- Experience with MuleSoft.
- Familiarity with wiki-based documentation tools (e.g., Azure DevOps Wiki, Confluence).
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication flows in API integrations.
- Experience with sequence diagrams or UML notation for documenting system interactions.
